MEETING PLACE: Corn Creek Boat Launch (closest large town is Salmon, Idaho.)
MEETING TIME: 10am, the day we put-in to the Main Salmon River.
RIVER PUT-IN: Corn Creek Boat Launch.
RIVER TAKE-OUT: Carey Creek (closest large town is Riggins, Idaho.)
RIVER RATING: Class III, some Class IV in high water.
FINISH TIME ON LAST DAY: 12:00pm. Guests may be in Riggins or McCall, Idaho by 5pm.
TRIP LENGTH: 4 to 6 days. Most Main Salmon River Vacations are 5 days.
RIVER MILES: 83 miles.
MINIMUM AGE: 5 years old, 12 years old in high water (please inquire.)
WATERCRAFT: Inflatable rafts (various size paddleboats & oar boats) Inflatable Kayaks, Stand-Up Paddleboards (please inquire.)

The following are eligibility criteria for all guests on a Pro Rafting Tours River Vacation:
Wear a Type V, US Coast Guard approved personal flotation device that fully zips and locks at the waist, chest and shoulders.
Able to board and get out of an inflatable raft or kayak up to 12 times per day.
Able to sit and balance while aboard bouncing watercraft.
Able to hold onto and brace one's-self on the watercraft.
Able to balance while stepping on unseen, slippery, uneven, underwater objects, such as rock and branches.
Able to tread water while wearing a personal flotation device floating through swift currents and choppy water.
Able to lift one's-self with assistance back onto a boat and able to assist other guests back into boats.
Able to follow guides' verbal and gesture instructions and commands.
Able to wear a safety helmet, if required.

Ways to Prep for Your River Vacation:
Aerobic training.
Upper and lower strength training, push-pull exercises, such as rowing.
Swimming and getting outside in the sunshine and water frequently.
